General:: Disable invite protection
Hi their.

im using ircN and everytime im on a channel where im a channel operator, when i recevied invitations i get this message:

[19:02] �� [invite(7.02p)#CHANNEL] from NICK
�� To join #CHANNEL press F11, to kickban press F12.

and i want to remove this kickban protection because if by mistake i press F12 key it will kickban the person and i could get in trouble by that.

can anyone please help me:)

This new release fixes a bug in an 'if' statement that caused problems in newer versions of mirc.

Also..
If you're running mIRC6.33 please upgrade to mIRC6.34 for an important bug fix within mIRC.

(To upgrade mIRC.. download the mirc installer.. extract it to C:\mirc\ .. copy the mirc.exe to your ircn\system\ folder and overwrite the old one)

Hey Guys,

First off let me say awesome product i've been using it for a long long time and never changed or used any other irc client. Very dedicated to ircN.

However lately (I have updated to latest mIRC and ircN, but this was happening before that) I have not been able to enter any channel with a key on it. This bug is across different servers and i have tested it with my own created channels as well as channels i've been in for 5+ years and KNOW the key to.

I've logged on and accessed the channels through the mirc client so there is no problem there.

If i have someone take the key off the channel i can then join with ircN, get ops and put the key back on. Then i will exit the channel and try to rejoin with the key i just set and still i get the error:

"[11:26am] * Unable to join channel (need correct key)"

I believe this might be related to another issue i've had while trying to do anything from the chan --> stats menu or any mass commands like mass messaging. That error is:

"QUEUE Unknown command"

Any and all help would be appreciated.

For those who want to upgrade to the newest mIRC 6.33.. A few bugs appeared in ircN 8.. This update will fix those bugs:

* Fixed a bug in $ismod causing a $istok bug to display in the status
* Fixed a bug in the 'loadsessions' autoconnect alias
* Fixed a bug in the theming of query text

Please report any bugs if you find them

you cant use /b ..... it is already used by ircN ... making an alias with the name /b will break ircNs functionality

The settings *are* saved IF I don't exit the mIRC after they are set, but just disconnect and then connect back.

Same problem here. ldzip.exe needs to be replaced with modern alternative.

Debugging:: Psybnc & Ircn problem
Hello....I have ircn version 8 and i have a problem with my bnc.When i disconnect from the irc many times it disconnects also the bnc with reason (ping timeout)....but the process of bnc still running on OS.So i have to kill the process every time and reconnect.I think that is something wrong with ircn and psybnc because nobody have this problem.Any suggestions?
