New version of ircN 8.00 - build 20080809 for mIRC 6.33

Main features:

New install:
1) Install mIRC
2) Run ircN installer
3) Tell the installer where to put ircN
4) Tell the installer where your mIRC installation is
5) DO NOT CONNECT TO A BNC THE FIRST TIME! Connect normally first and join a channel so the userlist can be set up correctly. YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS if you connect to a BNC the first time after a fresh install.

Upgrade:
1) Close ircN if running
2) Run installer with Upgrade option
3) Tell the installer where your ircN installation is

Note: Do NOT upgrade from ircN 7. This is for upgrading from a previous ircN 8.00 version.
